• ElevenLabs processes voice input and generates speech output

WE DO NOT CONTROL, MONITOR, OR GUARANTEE:

• How third parties handle your data
• Third-party data retention policies
• Third-party data security practices
• Third-party compliance with privacy laws

You acknowledge and accept that your use of voice and chat features involves data processing by these independent third parties according to THEIR privacy policies, not ours.

OUR DATA RETENTION:

• Login credentials: Stored until you delete your account
• Conversations: NOT stored by us

• We disclaim liability for security breaches by third-party services
• You use voice and chat features at your own risk regarding data security

We don't knowingly collect login information from children under 13.

• Login data may be stored on servers in various countries
• Third-party processing occurs globally according to their policies (beyond our control)
• ElevenLabs and AI services may process data in any country
• We have NO control over third-party data location or jurisdiction
• You consent to international data transfers by third-party services
